Teenage Basic Four Pack - Breakouts, Acne

Use in the following order:

MORNING

1. Plant Gel Cleanser (Combination Oily Skin) 
Cleanse face at basin or in shower, rinse off. (A pea sized amount is adequate.)

2. Sage Face Oil
Apply 1-2 pumps to wet hands, rub together and massage gently over face and neck.

3. Rosemary Blemish Gel 
Apply thinly to blemished areas 4-6 times or more daily to rapidly soothe breakouts.
The area may go slightly pink for a few minutes.

EVENING
1. Plant Gel Cleanser (cleans skin)
2. One Step Exfoliating Cleanser (cleans pores)
Best used in shower - mix together and massage over entire face and neck for one minute. Be sure to thoroughly massage around nose and hairline.

Extract any pimples and blackheads with Blackhead/blemish extracting tool.

3. Sage Face Oil
Apply 1-2 pumps with wet hands - rub together and massage gently over face and neck. Last thing before bed, apply a liberal, extra amount of Face Oil into any blemish to reduce pimple size overnight and loosen stubborn blackheads.

4. Rosemary Blemish Gel 
Apply thinly to blemished areas 4-6 times daily to rapidly soothe breakouts.

When teenagers wear makeup we recommend to remove in this way p.m: 
Precleanse with Sage Face Oil:
With wet hands massage 2-3 pumps of oil over makeup, including around eyes (avoid getting oil in eyes).

This loosens and liquefies makeup to allow our gentle cleanser and exfoliator to then thoroughly cleanse skin and pores.

Follow with Plant Gel Cleanser and One Step Exfoliating Cleanser.
